Payment/Refund Issues
None allowed, unless the transaction was processed due to an application or technical error. Such cases should be forwarded to Alabama Interactive at support@alabamainteractive.org
Result/Document Issues
Users is present presented with the documents certificate in the form of a pdf hyperlink on the receipt confirmation page. The user is also sent an email with a copy of their receipt and a link to download the documents.
When documents are unavailable for purchase (ie. no search results), we can request the document from SOS via AI/SOS transfer website: http://arc-sos.state.al.us/cgi/aiupload.mbr/main. Documents typically take 15-30 minutes to complete the transfer once submitted.Occasionally documents will be illegible/corrupt/Image could not be found. Login Issues
Reset passwords for subscribers. Have subscribers email their password reset request to support@alabamainteractive.org
